A guided journey to create inner safety
Congratulations on completing your safe space meditation. You rock! Great work on choosing self-love. Revisit this meditation as often as needed, including when you are feeling anxious, triggered or lonely. To truly anchor the feeling of safety into your mental and emotional body, listen to the meditation every morning and night for 30 consecutive days. It takes three to four weeks to cement a new habit, including one of feeling safe!
