FULL MOON CEREMONY: DEER MOON
Join us in ceremony as we invoke the grandmother moon and the medicine within through earth songs, crystal bowl sound healing, channeled wisdom and gentle movement. This will be a beautiful evening of community, connection and inner healing honouring what is referred to as the Deer Moon by many Native American cultures.
The theme we will be exploring is the transformative power of love and gentleness. Unconditional love and persistent gentleness have the ability to soften hardened hearts, and places of coldness. We will invoke these energies and learn to hold them for ourselves, and for each other. What would happen if instead of pushing ourselves, we softened and spoke kindly to ourselves? Can we accept ourselves as beautiful wonderful beings, and in turn, love our reflection in others? Hardness will soften, and we will finally belong.
Be prepared for a journey that will open you up, cleanse you and help you release. It will be gentle, and you will have a family, a tribe, to support you. No healing experience necessary. We welcome all into our sacred space.

ABOUT THE DEER MOON
The Deer Moon (or Buck Moon) is named for the time when the male deer's velvety antlers start pushing through their head. It can represent a masculine energy, and be a great time for physical care or repairs. More generally speaking, the medicine of deer is that of gentleness and unconditional love. So it is a time to take action, in the physical expression of these qualities.
