FULL MOON GODDESS CIRCLE :: BLUE MOON
An evening dedicated to releasing control and allowing soft confidence.
On the Full Blue Moon, you are invited to gather in a sacred Sisterhood as we release the need to control outcomes and step into a new quiet confidence.
Have you ever felt the need to control things, only to find it burns you out? In this moon ceremony, we will hear any past hurt, judgements or fear of connection that could be underneath the need to control. We will relax into our essence, and heal any parts of our inner child that need simple care, attention and encouragement offered to them. We will tell ourselves that we are worth being believed in and start to feel that in our bodies. We will discern that it is important to set boundaries from confidence and clarity. We will receive connection, and support to encourage ourselves.
As we gain an inner softness from encouragement within, a confidence will grow within us. This is my intention for the evening. For us all to grow that quiet confidence, in who we are. This is separate from external confidence based on our qualifications, what we're achieving, our resumes, looks and more. As we anchor in this confidence, we root into our bodies, and open to genuine connection. From this place of internal alignment, we can make clear decisions and communicate effectively in our lives.
Ladies, are you feeling the call to step into a new level of inner confidence? Are you ready release any micromanaging in the name of protection and security? Then join us! All are welcome, no matter your experience with energy healing or full moon events. You will find acceptance in our community.

The evening will be guided by Energy Medicine Woman and Oxford University graduate Shelly Burton, and her team of Samhara Practitioners. Channeled wisdom, crystal bowl sound healing, drum rhythms and written exercises will steer the journey. Please note that you will have the option to share your experience with the group. Confidentiality is absolutely respected.

WHY THE FULL MOON?
Full moons are a time when emotions surface to clear. This moon exerts a stronger pull on the waters of the Earth, and raises the tides. We are mostly water, and in many Native American traditions the water is associated with the emotional body. So the full moon is exerting a stronger pull on our emotional body, bringing what needs to clear to surface.
ABOUT THE BLUE MOON
The Blue Moon is the term for the second full moon in a month! Earlier in March, we celebrate the full Sap or Worm Moon.
FACILITATOR
Shelly Burton, Founder of Samhara Energy Medicine and Oxford University trained medical anthropologist, will be your guide. She will be supported by powerful Samhara Reiki Practitioners.
